I’m Evette Acevedo, a Philadelphia native and licensed real estate professional helping buyers, sellers, and families navigate important real estate decisions across Philadelphia and the surrounding suburbs.
Many of the people I work with aren’t simply buying or selling a home. These decisions often happen during important life transitions - relocating, downsizing, handling an inherited property, or deciding whether the timing of a move truly makes sense.
With over 10 years of real estate experience, I guide decisions, manage details, and keep transactions moving forward so clients can move ahead with clear information and steady support.
I also work with families managing inherited homes, helping them understand their options and move forward with clarity during what is often a complex process.

Lastly, she is not all about smoke and mirrors like some sales people can be just to get their commission. She is a straight shooter and will tell you what the real deal is without pressuring you to do something you might not feel comfortable doing. I would refer her to anyone who is serious about buying.
