The seller was going to back out after the appraisal didn't match their asking price but Evette didn't give up and negotiated a great deal for my family. Lastly, she is not all about smoke and mirrors like some sales people can be just to get their commission. She is a straight shooter and will tell you what the real deal is without pressuring you to do something you might not feel comfortable doing. I would refer her to anyone who is serious about buying.
